We take a first listen to rising garage producer GhostChant’s new low-fi track – “Nights Like These”.

GhostChant is swiftly becoming one of the UK’s most endearing future garage producers. With Radio 1, 6 and Rinse FM airplay, support slots with Four Tet and live-time on the BBC Introducing stage already in the bag and the announcement of his debut album Sincerity, coming out later in the autumn – he’s got a lot to shout about.

Heavily influenced by the genres of dub-step and garage, GhostChant’s sound is unique delving deep beyond the surface. Think dreamlike vocals from Sarah Zad that transport you to a tranquil state and low-fi beats that provoke deep emotion. Marking the first single from Sincerity, “Nights like These” is presented alongside a solid stash of remixes.
