Dsquared2 SS16

Dsquared2 took layers to the extreme and channeled a young carefree look at their SS16 show

Said to be on an endless quest chasing the perfect swell, the Dsquared2 collection is for the ultimate carefree spirit. Coated in several layers, loose-fitting shapes and tattooed sleeves, Dean and Dan Caten have gone to new heights to embody that spring summer surfer look. Standout pieces include mesh tanks covered in embellishments and beading, saturated with leather cut outs and studs these are not pieces for the faint hearted – however, paired with lose-fitting jeans, it gives it that laid back traveller effect Dsquared2 have got locked down. Oversized anoraks and beanies tied the whole collection together with a relaxed but statement bow. Gnarly.

Surfer favourites such as “Wipe Out” by The Surfaris and “Hawaii Five O Theme tune” by The Redondos provided the perfect tropical playlist needed for the beach infused show.
