We premiere Superpoze’s minimix for his album, Opening alongside his seven picks of the best producers in France.
There’s a revolution going on in bedrooms across France. If you haven’t already heard the beginnings of it via Boiler Room and BBC 6, you will soon. Gaining exposure from Soundcloud, the likes of Andrea, Dream Koala, Thylacine, Stwo, Rone, Fakear, Fulgeance and Kuage (a side project of Superpoze’s) are all beginning to receive international acclaim. Thanks, in part to Superpoze’s own label, Combien Mille, no doubt.
We’ve got the minimix premiere of Superpoze’s album Opening as well as seven of his favourite French producers in the scene. Think of this as a beginner’s guide to all things underground in Paris right now.

Dream Koala is my favourite French producer. He created a whole world around his music. His last EP Earth. Home. Destroyed is one of my favorite releases ever. He just released an amazing video clip for the song “Earth”.
Stwo is the most American of French producers. His song “Lovin U” is a masterpiece. We released a collab EP last year on my label Combien Mille Records.

Fakear. We started electronic music together at the age of 17. We’re from the same small city and did a lot of music together in high school. I love his new track “Skyline”.

Andrea is an amazing producer. He mixed and mastered a lot of music for Dream Koala and run his own label called Moose Records.

Jacques is new on the Parisian scene. He released his first EP few months ago. His track “Tout Est Magnifique” is lovely.

Rone is older but we used to play together in France. I listened a lot to his album “Tohu Bohu”.
Fulgeance is from the same city as Fakear and me. We used to listen to his music while we were teenagers and I started electronic music because of him.
