Acid house pioneer Sasha returns to airwaves with “Ether” an itchingly glitchy electronic track.

After being voted No. 1 DJ by DJ Magazine, where do you go? Sasha’s 20-plus-years spanning career includes all manner of similar accolades, he led the movement in live audio engineering equipment and lived breathed and DJ’ed throughout the second summer of love. You’d expect him to have fallen off a little since, it’s been a long time, but not Sasha.

Back with “Ether”, a hypnotic trance track that gets under your skin in all the right ways, Sasha’s keeping things old school in an age where too many are trying to find tricks and fads to surpass the classics. He’s got the right idea, the track can take you back to raves on industrial estates, in fields, in factories, even if you weren’t there the first time, you can pretend. Here’s hoping the third summer of love will be coming soon.
