Queen of the Tribe

Dsquared2 have cited their AW15 influences as Canadian Indian tribes and the British aristocracy. Rolled into one, you get diva worthy styles, exaggerated and luxurious, but wearable. Think draped ponchos but with smart biker collars and peasant dresses that sweep down to the floor, thickened with layer upon layer of tiered fabric teamed with military style jackets. With trims and tassels on everything, Dsquared2 have decided less isn’t always more and we agree.

Tatted Up

Being creatures of change and followers of fashion, the thought of committing to a tattoo is terrifying for a lot of people, think of all those people who got dolphins on their ankles in the 90s and now have to pretend it was ironic. Dsquared2 have got it covered with their flesh tone skin tight tops and trousers for layering under furs and threads for an extra dash of detail. Printed with bands and coils of tribal patterns, wear them alone or peeking out from collars and cuffs.

Shabby Chic

Usually we’re all about the pristine when we’re forking out for something designer but Dsquared2’s take on relaxed luxe is making us wonder whether we can pull off a denim shirt and a gown, they’ve put theirs with fur gilets and silken scarves after all. External pockets break up tight lines on super skinny white trousers and ruched ruffles on dresses and shirts create easy but intricate shapes.
