NikeLab are breaking new ground with an exciting new collaboration with design mavericks Sacai.

The unique combination of Nike and Sacai’s creative forces is beginning to take form. Merging Nike’s innovative fabrics and classic menswear designs, head of sacai, Chitose Abe has created a modern feminine form out of unconventional construction. Born form Nike’s innate knowledge of the human body, Abe’s designs have evolved from the Nike archives with a selection of hybrids; merging not only style but fabrics in knits, through finely woven performance material. Reworking classic garments, Abe has produced a womenswear collection that clashes male and female aesthetics, just like her label. Nike’s long arm in the fashion sportswear region is stretching even further, its fingers grazing the knees of the fashion elite; here, Binx is wearing a small preview of the collection, shot by Craig McDean and styled by Karl Temper, this is sure to grab an audience.
