The Copenhagen International Fashion Fair is back with a new younger brother, CIFF RAVEN. Exclusively for men, RAVEN references the past in a modern way, incorporating iconic artwork with new faces in their campaign video.
We’ve all been caught up in the ‘Scandimania’ as of late. Our wardrobes are decked out in clean lines from COS, playful prints from Monki and super-cool casual courtesy of Cheap Monday. It falls somewhere perfectly vague between smart and relaxed and suits everyone. So, look no further than the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, which will take place again next year from 29th January to 1st February. The trade show is designed to show case the best new designers and apparel and a place at the fair is considered prestigious. It’s a weekend of shows and presentations shedding light on new designers we all need to take note of as well as trusted favourites.
As a taster of what’s to come, CIFF RAVEN’s campaign video shows five boys against a backdrop of Rudolph Tegner’s sculpture at the Rudolph Tegner Museum and Sculpture Garden. The boys have a likeness to the art, stood like statues, Gods in denim. It’ll give you chills, I’ve never seen stares so pensive. The site, saturated in culture is the perfect place to shoot, showing the best of what Copenhagen has to offer. Shot by emerging photographer, Cameron McCool, the campaign video has left us eager to see what else we can get our hands on in January.
