Put your feet up because it’s Friday and Santé has made a wondermix especially for you

Berlin-based Santé deals in the inspiring side of House. Building an actual career in music ever since he failed the entrance exam to study it at university, Santé spent six years producing advertising music and honing his House passion. Now, he’s a producer working alongside 8Bit and Cocoon with plans for a long-awaited debut album – ‘Current’ on his Avotre label October 28th. Impressed? So are we.

Whilst Avotre gels together a plethora of genre references served the most sophisticated manner, be it disco or R’n’B, Santè’s first collection of work has been described as a self-portrait, offering the listener a trip into the depths of his life and soul, showcasing his energy, innovative nature and creativity as a producer. The album is rich in styles and genres, from honest, melody-drenched cuts, such as title track ‘Intimacy’, to heavier club rollers like ‘Momentary’, and the decadent groove-infused ‘Tongue’  far surpassing the tech-house imprint being broadcast by many an artist at the moment.
