Wonderland premieres the lead track from producer and songwriter XO’s first official EP ‘Through the Night’

19-year old Sunil Heera, also known as XO, has had an impressive start to his career since emerging on the scene in 2013 with a selection of impressive reworked tracks and being tipped by star DJ’s Huw Stephens and Mistajam as a future one to watch and now XO is back and primed for his first official release.

The title track, ‘Through the Night’, features previous collaborator RobLaw on vocal duties and very much serves as a Part II to previous single “Holdin’ On”. Tapping into old school trip hop production, XO eloquently tangles it with a modern UK flavour whilst mixing it with RobLaw’s ever sultry vocal style, making for an international swooning affair.

Since bursting into the producing world, XO has gone on to captivate the world of music production with his unique and colourful mix of RnB, trip hop and house influenced sounds.

Playing at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, XO has gained himself an eclectic support of music aficionado’s including NME, i-D, Mixmag, Redbull Music and DIY and not to mention a noteworthy collection of peers the likes of Annie Mac, MNEK, T.Williams, and SOHN.

XO has proved he is much more than just a producer, writing his own songs and even vocalling a few of his tracks his new highly anticipated EP ‘Through the Night’ to be released this December 1st, will show a side of him yet to be seen and will no doubt prove him to be a formidable force in the music industry.
