Spanning over 2000 square feet across two studios, Recession Studios are situated on the border of Bethnal Green and Hackney, just three minutes from Bethnal Green station. Having been in operation since 2007, with the second studio having opened last month, Recession Studios have previously been hired to shoot tests, magazine editorial, lookbooks, music videos, and short films, as well as Wonderland’s forthcoming September issue (we wish we could give more away but you’ll have to hold tight).

Offering two daylight and blackout photography studios, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment, the friendly and attentive Recession team are also at hand to arrange additional equipment hire for your convenience. The space itself offers newly stripped back real wood floors, custom made worktables and a light and airy environment – perfect for your creative needs.
