Unveiling their campaign for AW14, Chloe takes us on a journey following two girls projecting Thelma & Louise vibes in the most covetable of vintage convertibles. The windswept scene creates questions of where they came from and where the hell they’re going. These rhetorical questions create a feeling of mysteriousness and an air of endearment. Revelling in spontaneity, the girls seemingly flee, pushing Chloe’s message that “all roads lead to adventure”.
Photographers Inez and Vinoodh continue their ongoing union with Chloe with this effortlessly beautiful shoot of Sasha Pivovarova and Andreea Diaconu. Chloe’s creative director Clare Waight Keller said of the campaign: “As with the collection, I wanted to create this sense of mystery, something strange and a little bit wild. I liked the idea of two girls escaping, moving forward. There’s a real beauty in the idea of chasing something hopeful”.
