Everyone’s favourite food market Street Feast, takes to Battersea for The Power of Summer
Everyone’s favourite street food market Street Feast, have announced a seven week run at Battersea Power Station this summer, in collaboration with Everyman Cinema. The Power of Summer’ in association with Heineken®, will see the outdoor cinema and street food event take place from July 10th to August 31st.
Having taken over and transformed a number of unique urban spaces, from old car parks to derelict building yards, Street Feast is set to inject new life into this iconic space, with a host of top street food traders including Le Bun, Spit & Roast, Popdogs, Mama’s Jerk and Anna Maes, amongst others. The Power Of Summer also marks the last summer the public will have access to Battersea Pop-Up Park before the 42 acre redevelopment at Battersea Power Station begins, and with Street Feast’s 1000-capacity covered bar area, including a Prosecco & Oyster Bar, you’ll be able to toast Battersea Power Station’s new chapter in style.
Alongside Street Feast’s top eats and brilliant bars, visitors will have a chance to visit the event’s outdoor cinema, featuring a state of the art, high definition, nine-meter LED screen and there will also be Premier Pods, where groups of friends and couples will be able to enjoy the luxury of pre-film table service from their choice of Street Feast traders. So forget popcorn, pick-and-mix and greasy nachos and tuck into the film food you’ve been waiting for.
