An exclusive collaboration between New Balance and J Crew proves to be a red white and blue ode to all things Americana

This month sees an exclusive collaboration between American outfitter J.Crew and Boston born athletic brand New Balance. Designed by J.Crew in New York and produced in Skowhegan, Maine, the final trainer is an ode to all things Americana. Aptly named the “Independence Day” NB 998, the shoe has a red, white and blue body with a white pigskin suede and mesh upper. Produced in limited numbers, the “Independence Day” M998 is now available at the Lambs Conduit store in London, jcrew.com and stores across the US and the new store On Lan in Hong Kong.
