Jacob Harmer shoots three new faces of the season for an exclusive film for Wonderland entitled ‘Court’.

“Fables and fantasy are ongoing themes in my work and with ‘Court’ I wanted to create an urban myth in the present day. My aim was to present fashion in a unique context combining documentary footage and subtle dramatic direction to create a sense of truth often lost within the ‘fashion’ genre. Our angelic protagonists transformation from trepidation to joy is authentic and representative of their journey when thrust into what was initially an intimidating testosterone fuelled environment. The same applies for our basketball players when witnessing innocence and uninhibited laughter in an environment normally dominated by bravado provides a sense of real fascination, light hearted relief and escapism.”
