Nike are bringing to life the art and science of feeling by transforming its 1948 space in London’s Shoreditch, into a dramatic hub of exploration, interactivity and creativity.
The 10 day event which explores an innovative installation of workshops and cultural events is inspired by Nike’s latest running innovation – the Nike Free Hyperfeel and runs from October 11th through until October 20th
FEEL LONDON is the culmination of the ‘Nature Amplified Exhibition‘ that has travelled the world and features cutting edge artists, athletes and designers that all host interactive and engaging workshops and workouts which are all inspired by the sensation ‘feel’. The occasion is split into day and night events with the evenings dedicated to performers, musicians and visual artists who celebrate the role of feel in relation to art, science and sport.
A highlight of the 10 day programme will be ‘FEEL TV’ on October 17th. A groundbreaking live interactive online broadcast will stream from the venue in partnership with Hellicar & Lewis. Performances will include Associate Artists of the English Ballet, the London Contemporary Orchestra, Redlight performing live, plus other special guests.
Viewers will be able to interact with and influence the performances in real time by tweeting shout outs and commands, in turn creating an immersive and raw experience where viewers will feel like they are there, bringing the digital and physical worlds closer together
The FEEL LONDON exhibition is free to enter and opened it’s door to the public on Friday, October 11- and runs until Sunday, October 20, 10am–6pm on the weekends and 10am-8pm during the week.
