Love was in the air this Fashion Week, especially since it kicked off a day after Valentine’s Day. We thought we’d ditch the couples and present a look at the BFF romances of the fashion world.

1. Georgia May Jagger and Cara Delevingne
How many parties do you think Georgia and Cara will attend during London Fashion Week? Our guess: lots. Most recently, the party-hard pair were seen tumbling out of a Shoreditch club in fancy dress on Georgie’s birthday – she came as a lizard, Cara was a pincushion. Now that they’re set to move to north London together, it looks like they’re cementing their status as the BFF darlings of the fashion world. Girls, will you let us be your third wheel sometime?
2. Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss
Who knew that the girl discovered in Hammersmith Primark would end up fast friends with an ex-ballet dancer from St. Louis? Then again, successfully surviving the industry together would turn any two people into besties. The supermodel pair – both rank in the Top 50 Models Women list on models.com – even have their own name: Jourlie. Okay, so nothing’s perfect…
3. Anna Wintour and Blake Lively
It’s not as random as it seems – Blake’s been on the cover of Vogue twice and she fronted their Best Dressed special edition in 2010. For one glorious season, it seemed like Blake followed Anna around everywhere, with the Vogue editor-in-chief even introducing her to Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano. We don’t see them together so much anymore, but we’re sure that Wintour still holds a special place in her heart for Serena van der Woodsen.
4. Alexa Chung and Poppy Delevingne
Those Delevingnes get around, huh? Not to be outdone, Cara’s older sister – there are six years separating them – has been a front row fixture for several seasons with everyone’s favourite ex-T4 girl (sorry, Jameela). Besides a pair of long, long legs and perfectly glossy hair, the two share similar jetset schedules: they’re currently in New York and hit up the last Wednesday’s amfAR charity gala together.
5. Tommy Ton and Suzie Bubble
It’s no surprise that Tommy and Suzie are good mates, since both rose to the top of the blogging world together: Tommy with his luscious street style photography and Suzie with her eye for upcoming design. When they’re not giving a Christopher Raeburn bunny a good ol’ nuzzle (see above), they can be found chowing down some much-needed Fashion Week fuel with Phil Oh of Streetpeeper. Kawaii fingers oblig, obviously.
6. Kelly Osbourne and Pixie Geldof
Alexa, Poppy, Kelly and Pixie – the world’s coolest girl gang? Kelly and Pixie can often be spotted in the front row alongside Chung and Delevingne, iPhones permanently glued to hand. While Alexa and Poppy come glitzed up in Chanel and sport ‘srs fashion bzns’ faces, Kelly and Pixie are always on hand to inject a bit of colour into proceedings. Be warned though: these kids instagram everything.
7. Nicola Roberts and Henry Holland
Before he was a designer, Holland once worked at Smash Hits, where he’d do ‘Get The Look’ profiles on celebrities – including a certain ginger Girls Aloud member. Now the Henry Holland empire includes everything from tights to underwear collections, while Henry is FROW buddies with Nicola herself. Last year, the two took their friendship to new heights with their Styled To Rock television show – and no, we don’t know what’s going on in this behind-the-scenes pic either.
8. Anna Wintour and the exit
Sure, she might show Blake Lively some love, but Anna’s true romance is with the exit at every fashion show. Once a show ends, Wintour is often found legging it to the nearest escape route – here she is fleeing Derek Lam’s show literally seconds after the designer takes his bow. But cut Wintour some slack; she’s got a billion other shows to get to, you know?
