The AW 2010 Qasimi presentation was a sleek and beautiful affair over the Paris menswear shows.

Khalid Al-Qasimi showed leather trousers in black and grey teamed with beautifully tailored jackets spotting hidden fastenings, and hooded cashmere jumpers. Prowling down the runway in chunky knitwear to the soundtrack of The XX, the boys looked like the chicest army in the world on the cusp of battle in a black brogue boot by Underground (www.underground-england.co.uk) and matching socks from Falke (www.falke.com). Every look finished with a slick head wrap, one of the highlights of the show was the heavily embroidered pearl shirt. Breathtaking details like this made the show a stand-alone experience.
