First on the runway is Cecilia Mary Robson this north London designer showed a future forward collection that Mrs .Jetson would be proud of with panelled dresses, catsuits and pointed hood capes with a nod to coco in the quilted hat department this could be the future or at least until next season.
Second to none was q.e.d this Berlin based label gave us “clean goth” with a palette of Grey,Slate and charcoal and unstructured and awkward pieces,worn on such boys as Tom Nicon,this really did have a sultry message to get across,chunky scarves and dropped crotches also featured.
Number 3 unlucky for some was scouse designer Rachel Freire who was giving me “victorian drag” .Ruffles,suspenders,corsets,big hair and breasts went to make a look that was for the weekend only!.The finish and quality of her clothes are outstanding.
Rozalb de Mura a Romanian created label,my favorite of the foursome presented a collection of grey stuffed shoulder macs,unstructured tailoring,frock coats and waistcoats all in one tone,with Macrame headpieces to top it off on a fantastic casting.I think Rozalb will leave a trail of success in seasons to come.
