After announcing the deluxe version of her sophomore album, GUTS (spilled), Olivia Rodrigo teases a new music video for the focus track, “obsessed.” Already a fan-favourite thanks to her epic live performance of the song, “obsessed” details Rodrigo’s feelings towards her partner’s ex, divulging her tendencies to stalk her social media and ruminate over what the past relationship was like.
“All of his exes & Olivia Rodrigo present ‘obsessed,’” the trailer reads, and, like all of her music videos, it looks like it’s going to be a full blown production. The apparent exes wear white gowns and sashes that read accolades as “Miss Thought She Was The One” and “Miss Also Thought She Was The One”, while Olivia wears a black counterpart with her own sash, “Miss Right Now.”
