When did you start creating music and what initially resonated with you about the art form?
I started creating music at a young age, experimenting with different instruments and writing songs in my bedroom. What initially resonated with me about music was its ability to convey emotions and tell stories. It became an outlet for me to express myself and connect with others on a deeper level.

You have such a powerful sound that incorporates various styles. How would you define your sound?
My sound is a fusion of various styles that I’ve been influenced by throughout my life. It’s a blend of Dancehall, Reggae, R&B, soul, hip-hop, afrobeats and pop elements, with a touch of my own personal flair. I would define my sound as powerful and emotive, with a focus on heartfelt lyrics and captivating melodies.

How does working on a collaboration differ from working on a solo project? What do you like about each?
Working on a collaboration is a unique experience compared to working on a solo project. Collaborations allow for a different dynamic and creative exchange. I enjoy the collaborative process because it brings together different perspectives and talents, resulting in a fresh and exciting outcome. On the other hand, working on a solo project gives me the freedom to fully explore my own artistic vision and delve into more personal storytelling.

You have developed a really strong fanbase. How do you connect with your audience and create that incredible connection?
Connecting with my audience is incredibly important to me. I strive to create an authentic connection by being open, vulnerable, and relatable in my music. I engage with my fans through social media, sharing behind-the-scenes moments, and responding to their messages and comments. I also make an effort to connect with them during live performances, creating an intimate and inclusive atmosphere that allows us to share a special moment together.

What is next for you? Anything you’re particularly excited about coming up?
I have a lot of exciting things coming up that I’m thrilled about. I have been working on my debut album, which is a project that I’ve poured my heart and soul into. It’s a collection of songs that I’m deeply proud of and can’t wait to share with my fans. I’m also excited about the opportunity to perform and connect with audiences on a larger scale, as well as explore new creative collaborations that push my artistic boundaries.

It adds another dimension to the song by immersing the audience in an energetic and visually captivating world.
