“I started to watch movies at the age of three and I think by the age of five I was able to understand that what was happening on my TV screen was someone’s job. It wasn’t just my imagination, but someone’s job to play make-believe. I think from then on I’ve just been doing that, really. That and the experience of performing in front of a live audience for the first time on stage. That’s a buzz you can’t shake.”
