“I love the word luck because at face value it can be the demise of you or the best thing for you. In this industry, hard work, dedication and luck all intersect. I am very lucky based on all of the things that I have put forth in my life. So for anyone who is reading this and thinking it’s an overnight success story, just remember, it’s not. It’s a combination of those three things. There are going to be great things that happen and not so great. I don’t believe in failure — it’s a happy mistake. Only from failure can you learn a lot about yourself. Be okay with them.”
