There’s nothing creepier than seeing double. You’ve got the spine-tingling twins from The Shining, the haunting lookalikes in Us, and now there’s Infinity Pool. Set to star in the latest body-horror offering is Alexander Skarsgärd, Cleopatra Coleman, and the ultimate scream queen – Mia Goth. If it were possible to make The White Lotus even more twisted, what’d result is Infinity Pool – a critique of the upper classes through the lens of sheer horror.

In the throes of a disintegrating relationship, James (played by Skarsgärd) and Em (played by Coleman) vacation at a resort located on an isolated island. Revelling in the luxury of pristine beaches and attentive staff, one trip outside of the hotel changes the trajectory of James’ life forever. Following the lead of the enchanting Gabi (played by Goth), they find themselves in the midst of the local culture – brimming with hedonism and violence. An accident leaves the couple vulnerable to the disturbing law, which follows a zero tolerance policy for crime. James is faced with a choice: be executed, or if you’re wealthy enough – a double of you will take the fall.

Delving into themes of ethics, and of course – class – there’s a wealth of moral questions to sink your teeth into. Set to release on March 23rd, we’ll be anxiously awaiting what Infinity Pool has to offer.
