“I’d come straight out of the desert [from SAS Rogue Heroes] to join Lady Chatterley’s Lover in the like idyllic Welsh countryside and big manor houses. Working with Emma [Corrin] on this was class. They’re so driven, knuckles down and that. But the contrast between these two roles was pretty palpable, and yet there was commonality between the two characters, there’s inner turmoil in both, but one deals with it more outwardly, the other more internally. But in all honesty, I’m game for anything.”
