‘Magic Coffee’

30ml
Monkey Shoulder Original
30ml
Oat Milk
30ml
Mr Blacks Coffee Liqueur
3 dashes
Walnut Bitters
A pinch
Sea Salt

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give it a good shake and then strain into a coupe glass.

‘Mince Pie Old Fashioned’

50ml
Monkey Shoulder Original
20ml
Mince Pie Syrup
2 dashes
Orange Bitters
Garnish
Orange Zest
(optional)
Cloves

To make syrup, mix one part mince pie filling and half part warm water then collect the syrupy liquid. Add 20ml syrup to a tumbler with ice then stir in Monkey Shoulder, bitter and cloves. Garnish with orange zest.
