With the year winding to a close, it is fair to say that we are all in need of a break. And, clearly, BTS are feeling the same way because they have just announced that they will be taking an “extended period of rest” at the end of this year.

Whilst pledging to finish their commitments for the year, including the BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA and the 2021 Jingle Ball Tour, the band’s management announced on their twitter that they are looking to take a post-pandemic hiatus in the name of seeking more inspiration and recharging. And, we don’t blame them. Having blessed us with bangers such as “Butter” and their stellar album BE, it is fair to say they have been working overtime since their re-emergence in 2019.

While they will be missed, we hope BTS enjoy their break!
