Born in France and raised in south London, Virgil Hawkins is the latest talent to be rising through the ranks of the capital’s hip-hop scene. Having dropped his debut album Milly Rocking to the Wrong Things in March, Hawkins has been championed for his abstract sound and clear artistic flair.

Now dropping the vid to album highlight “Xan”, the bright song is perfectly reflected in the equally as bright visuals. Injecting a bit of humour, the vid sees him sat in a makeshift ball-pit within a bath as people party around him, play video games, and, um, get Spider-Man face tattoos?
