So how did you got scouted

I just sent some pictures to my agency after high school!

Have you always been interested in modelling?

Only in the last three years.

Do you prefer to do catwalk or editorial?

I prefer catwalk but when I see the pictures I realise that I want [to do] more editorials, you know? [I want] to have a better portfolio!

What is it that you like about doing catwalk?

Well, I think it’s just the backstage [experience] and being with other models and sharing your experiences!

So what do you get up to when you’re not modelling?

Well since last year, my hobby has been playing the guitar and singing and doing this in all the free time I have. Then going out with friends, well, with [my] girlfriend is the truth, and then visiting some new places.

And have you done a lot of travelling as a result of the job?

Well I have been travelling around Spain for the first year [of my modelling career]. Then two weeks ago I signed with Models 1, so I came here to London and then signed with another agency in Germany, so I have to travel out [there].

And how have you found modelling in the UK compared to modelling in Spain?

I think it’s a very good place to model because there are more clients than in Spain, and a lot more castings and things.

Is there any one photographer you’re particularly keen to work with?

I think Mario Testino would be very great.

Tell us a bit about your work out routine. How do you stay in shape?

Well it depends what I want to do in the week, but I used to go to the gym like three or four times a week and do a full work out routine. You know, doing a lot of push ups and pull ups, then when I was in Spain I used to go swimming and running but here I don’t have [running] shoes!

Fair enough. What has been your favourite modelling moment so far?

It was my second month when I was in Spain and I shot the campaign for El Court Ingles which is a very important brand in Spain, and I saw myself on a very big billboard – around 20 metres – on a building. I took a picture!

Finally, what you are your hopes and dreams for the future?

Well I really hope to achieve everything, you know? I don’t have a set goal, I just want to keep always improving. I always try to do my best.
