We were guessing at all sorts when Saint Laurent revealed their cryptic teaser videos two days ago but finally we have answers.

Saint Laurent will be showing a men’s and (the first part of) women’s fall collections in LA on the 10th of February at The Palladium. Thought to be the oldest and biggest music and dance venue in Hollywood, Frank Sinatra was the first person to play the landmark in 1940. Since then The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Grateful Dead, Guns n’ Roses and Prince have all played at the iconic music hall.

In keeping with Hedi Slimane’s longstanding love and continued support music, the show is a tribute to LA’s music scene. Sure to be a glamorous and star studded affair, the show coincides with the Grammys.

This year marks the 10 year anniversary of Hedi Slimane’s Diary which has documented fresh music talent across the globe. The Palladium video campaign marks the movement into motion picture portraiture. We can’t wait to see more – plus, the Saint Laurent women’s collection resumes on the 7th March in Paris as planned, but for Part 2, another surprise!
