Today Beau are sharing nuggets of their wise musical souls in a playlist packed with everything you need to listen to – whatever feelings you’re feeling. Have a journey into Beau’s dreamy-world and find out what inspired their choices below. Enjoy!

Solange – « Some Things Never Seem To Fucking Work » ft. Devon Hynes

A beautiful testament to change and love. We love the way Solange sings this tune, determined and sexy. Terrible records is also a favorite.

Lou Reed – « Take a Walk On the Wild Side » (Isaac Delusion cover)

It’s really hard to do a good cover AND remix to such a classic. These guys definitely achieved that and we respect them for their creativity.

Freddie Stevenson – « Heart Shaped Stone »

It’s heart warming hearing a man sing about being homesick. He has a beautiful voice and the lyrics remind us of home.

Dwellyn Conway – « Falling In The Rain »

This song, raw and pure, evokes feelings of nostalgia and lost love, or love found. The raw vocals and simple arrangement always hit home.

Animal Eyes – « Bender »

This is an awesome band, where every instrument shines but also works effortlessly well together. This song is a lot of fun, whimsical laced with great melody.

Lael Neale – « Still Life »

Our friend showed us this song when he was working on a video for her. We were amazed. This song brings a true feeling to you when you listen to it. Not sure whether to feel sad or hopeful in the lyrics,  her voice is that of a siren.

The Morning Benders- « Excuses »

Adventurous and alluring, like a walk with a romantic marching band through a forest of clouds. This song brings Feelings of ecstasy and deep breaths.

Kurt Vile – « Never Run Away »

Kurt Vile is a favorite of ours. This song is whimsical and sweet with psychedelic touch. This song reminds us of driving through the west coast on very sunny and relaxing day.

Gold Star – « Dark Days »

This song has a melody that needs to be heard . It’s a kind of aching melody that once is inside of you, you can’t let it go. Love the voice of the man who sings this with purity and truth.

YOUWHO – « Score Album : Tasting Menu »

This song takes us into a wondrous dream land of emotion. Formless and free, there is a sweet sentiment underneath it all. True artists.

Rich Bouquet – « Sensitive Breeding »

This is the kind of mix and instrumental we want to listen to when walking home at night to our apartments after a long day of work. It’s all over the place yet balanced and has some pretty tones and guitar that keep it sane.
