London based solo artist Dewy Sinatra picks his top 6 tracks of the year.

First garnering acclaim with ‘I Need Luv’, the first track to emerge from Dewy, it was clear his sound jumped out from the pack.

Fusing his love of classic rap and cutting-edge indie-pop, he creates a kind of slick R&B that’s peppered with slithering hip-hop flows and sparse melodies with heavy comparison to Jamie Woon and James Blake. His  newly released EP ‘Wasted Youth’, is the result of months of collaborating with a diverse range of producers, developing his sound and experimenting with different production techniques. Check out Dewy’s top tracks below.

Radiohead – Lotus Flower

Bit of an oldie but I listen to this song a lot. The simplicity of the video just works so well and that baseline is just LEGEND.

Alt-J – Hunger Of The Pine

This song is just awesome, and the video is truly epic. That Miley sample is just genius too. Play this song a lot.

Sia – Chandelier

Best pop song of 2014. The video is kinda odd, but still love it.

James Blake – Retrograde

Very few albums I’ll play long after they come out. Overgrown was one and Retrograde is always on. I just love the urgency of the visuals.

Lykke Li – No Rest For The Wicked

Such a big powerful song. Have always loved Lykke Li… This doesn’t even feel like a music video but like a film.

Coldplay – Sky Full Of Stars

One of my favourite songs on the year its just a TUNE! And I think the video is just genius.
