Canadian native and House music producer Forrest creates an exclusive mix for Wonderland.

Canadian native Zacharie-Jos Montpetit,  now cloaked under the moniker Forrest, is a name that is rapidly rising in House circles. Mixing elements of solo performance with DJ ability, the producer focuses on lending his vocals as an instrument during live sets. As the founding member of Amadeus records, Forrest began as a solo indie rock project, which then deviated to House and Techno whilst he was residing in Berlin a few years ago.

During the last year his sometimes soft, sometimes sharp and always densely emotive sounds stretched across labels such as Visionquest and Noir, which have seen him highlighted as one of the “13 Artists To Watch in 2013” as well as featured on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix. This summer has also seen Forrest release his debut 3-track EP ‘Creep’ on Defected’s sub-label DFTD.
