Wander through a post-apocalyptic world in Tom Lipop’s film for River Island.

Tom Lipop joins forces with film director Aiofe McArdle to present a short film that was premiered at London Collections as part of the British Fashion Council’s Fash/On film initiative.

Showcasing the designs created by T. Lipop for River Island‘s Design Forum, the collaboration marks the first time the Design Forum has handed the reigns over to a menswear designer. In true T. Lipop style, the collection melds sportswear and tailoring into a vision of contemporary masculinity: considered and sophisticated, but never conservative or uptight. Something best embodied by the well-dressed vagabond in the film, we feel.

The 16 piece collection will be available to buy in selected stores and online from the beginning of September 2013.
