From sponsoring labels to running its own award, the International Woolmark Prize, Woolmark is carrying the torch for one of the most versatile fabrics a designer can use in their arsenal. But given that Spring’s on its way, you’d imagine that people might start packing away their winter woollies – not so, according to Woolmark.

For their latest video campaign, the brand sets out to show that wool’s actually one of the coolest materials you can wear, especially if you’re on a hot date. As anyone who’s pulled on a woolly fisherman’s sweater on a balmy summer evening can attest, it’s one of the most breathable textiles around. And given the temperamental nature of British weather, you’d be well advised to have something woolly handy.
